Description & Specifications
Nail trims usually mean two tools and a lot of squinting. This one clips and smooths in the same hand: trim the tip with the steel blade, then switch to the grinder to round off the sharp edge, with a small LED lighting up the nail as you go.
One button runs everything. Hold it for 3 seconds to switch on, then tap through three modes: P1 lights the clipper blade, P2 runs the diamond grinding head at low speed and P3 at high speed. A sliding lock on the side holds the lever closed when you are not clipping. The LCD shows the mode and battery level, and it charges by USB-C in about 2 hours.

Should I clip or grind first?
Clip the tip first in P1, then switch to P2 or P3 and grind the cut edge smooth. For dogs with very short nails you can skip the clipper and grind only.
Can I use it on my cat?
Yes, on larger cats. It is about 17 cm long, so for a small kitten a small pair of scissor clippers may be easier to handle.
How long does the battery last?
About 6 to 10 hours of use from a 2 hour USB-C charge, which covers many trims. The LCD shows how much charge is left, and it switches itself off after 30 minutes.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
