Description & Specifications
Cats spend half the day asleep and the other half looking for somewhere to hide and pounce from. This bed gives them both in one spot. A long, fluffy tunnel curls right around a soft round mat, so your cat can dash through the loop, ambush a sibling from the opening, bat at the little pom-pom, then curl up in the middle when the zoomies are over.
The tunnel and the mat come apart. Clip the tunnel into a full ring around the mat for a cosy donut bed, or open it out into one long curving tunnel and leave the mat beside it as a separate bed. The deep faux fur is soft to lie on and the smooth lining inside the tunnel does not hold on to cat hair. When you need the floor back, the tunnel folds down for storage, and the mat goes in the washing machine.

Will my cat fit?
The tunnel opening is about 25 cm across and the centre mat is about 46 cm, which suits kittens and most adult cats up to about 6 kg. Very large breeds such as a big Maine Coon may find the tunnel a squeeze but will still fit on the mat.
How do I wash it?
Take the centre mat out and machine wash it on a gentle cycle. The tunnel is spot clean or hand wash only. Let both air dry completely before putting the bed back together.
Can I use the tunnel on its own?
Yes. Unclip the ends and the tunnel opens out into one long curving tunnel, with the mat used as a separate bed. Clip the ends together again to go back to the round donut bed.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
