Description & Specifications
Recall practice, beach runs and big open parks need more room than a normal lead gives. This long line lets your dog range out while you keep a hand on the end, so you can practise coming back without letting go completely.
The 6 mm round line has a smooth waterproof coating, so it does not soak up water, sand or mud. After the beach, rinse it under the tap and hang it up. It slides over grass and sand instead of snagging, it is easy to gather up hand over hand, and the bright colours are easy to spot in long grass. The loop handle has foam grip rings for comfort, and a hook-and-loop strap keeps it neatly coiled between walks.

Which length should I choose?
3 m suits everyday walks and early recall work in smaller spaces. 6 m is the all-rounder for parks and beaches. 9 m gives the most freedom for confident recall practice in wide open areas.
Should I use it with a collar or a harness?
We recommend a harness, especially for dogs that run or pull, so any sudden stop is spread across the chest rather than the neck.
How do I clean it?
Rinse it under fresh water after the beach or a muddy walk, shake it off and let it air dry. The coating does not absorb water, so it dries quickly and does not hold smells.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
