Description & Specifications
Bathing a small dog usually takes three hands: one to stop them scrambling out, one to scrub and one for the shower. This bath hammock holds your dog for you. Stand it in the bath or shower, lift your dog in, and their legs go down through the round holes while the mesh cradles their chest and belly. With their paws off the ground they stay settled and put, and you have both hands free to lather, rinse and dry.
The breathable mesh lets water and suds run straight through, so your dog is not left standing in a puddle, and you can reach every paw from underneath for a rinse or a nail trim. It sits at a comfortable 40 cm, so there is less bending over the bath, and the steel X legs fold flat in seconds to store behind the door.

How does it work?

Will it fit in my bath?
The frame is 60 cm long, 33 cm wide and 40 cm tall, which fits inside most standard baths and shower bases. Measure the inside of your bath first. It suits cats, puppies and small dogs whose body fits within the 60 cm frame.
Why are there eight holes?
So you can pick the four holes that line up with your pet's legs, whatever their size. The holes also let water drain and give you room to reach their paws from underneath.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
