Description & Specifications
Small dogs love a walk until their legs give out halfway home. This carrier goes on like a vest, with your dog's legs through four openings, so you can walk on the lead as normal and then simply pick your dog up by the handle when they are tired, the path gets busy or you reach a road.
The padded top handle lets you carry your dog at your side like a bag, and the detachable shoulder strap takes the weight across your body for longer stretches. Clip the included lead to one of the D-rings on top for walking. A flap pocket on the side holds poo bags, treats or keys, and the soft Oxford canvas with brown trim weighs only about 220 g.

Which size should I choose?
Measure your dog's chest at the widest point and add 2 to 3 cm, then check the neck and weight against the size table. S suits dogs up to 3 kg, M up to 5 kg, L up to 7.5 kg and XL up to 10 kg. Between sizes, go up one.
Can my dog walk while wearing it?
Yes. Clip the included lead to a D-ring on top and your dog walks as normal. When they get tired, lift them by the handle or clip on the shoulder strap.
What comes in the box?
The carrier with its padded top handle, a detachable shoulder strap and a lead. It is one colour, cream with brown trim.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
