Description & Specifications
Jumping on and off the bed or couch is a big leap for a short-legged dog, a puppy, an older dog or a cat that is slowing down. These soft foam steps turn that one big jump into a few easy steps, so your pet can get up to their favourite spot on their own and come back down gently, without you lifting them every time.
The steps are solid high-density foam with rounded, wave-shaped edges, so there are no hard corners for paws or shins. The treads are covered in a chunky textured knit that gives paws something to grip, and a non-slip base helps keep the steps in place against the furniture. The cover zips off for washing. Choose 2, 3 or 4 steps to suit the height of your bed or couch.

We take Bella our golden retriever to the beach most weekends and the back seat used to be full of sand and wet fur. Now it all stays on the cover. I just unclip it, shake it out on the driveway and clip it back in which takes about two minutes. It fits in our cars back seat well and the side flaps stop her muddy paws from getting the side of the seats dirty on the way in. It took a couple of goes to get the anchors tucked in properly the first time

Which size should I choose?
Measure from the floor to the top of your mattress or seat cushion. The 2 step (30 cm tall) suits surfaces up to about 45 cm, the 3 step (36 cm tall) up to about 55 cm and the 4 step (46 cm tall) up to about 65 cm. All three are 40 cm wide.
Will my dog use them straight away?
Most pets pick it up within a few days. Set the steps flush against the bed or couch they already use, then guide them up with a treat on each step and plenty of praise. Practise coming down too, slowly at first.
How do I clean the steps?
Vacuum or lint-roll off loose hair as needed. For a deeper clean, zip off the cover, machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle and let it air dry fully before putting it back on. The steps arrive vacuum packed, so allow a day or two for the foam to fully expand.
How long until my order arrives?

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
