Description & Specifications
Plenty of dogs have one toy they carry to bed, drag to the door when you get home and fall asleep on. This big, soft duck is made to be that toy. It is squashy enough to use as a pillow, long enough to hug with both front paws, and has a squeaker inside for when your dog would rather play than nap.
The duck is covered in a thick waffle plush with a raised popcorn texture that dogs love to nuzzle and mouth. It has a wide felt bill, embroidered eyes, long floppy wings that are easy to grab and tug, and soft fibre filling that springs back after a cuddle. Choose from three sizes, from a 25 cm duck for puppies and toy breeds up to a 45 cm duck that is about as long as a cavoodle.

Which size should I choose?
The Small 25 cm duck suits puppies and toy breeds up to about 5 kg. The Medium 32 cm duck suits small dogs from about 5 to 12 kg, such as cavoodles, spoodles and Jack Russells. The Large 45 cm duck suits medium dogs, and small dogs who like something big to lie on. If your dog likes to use toys as a pillow, go one size up.
Is it suitable for strong chewers?
No. It is a soft plush toy made for cuddling, carrying and gentle tug, so dogs that shred toys will get through it quickly. Supervise play, and take it away once the seams or fabric start to tear so your dog does not swallow filling or the squeaker.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash it in cool water with a little mild soap, squeeze out the water gently and let it air dry fully before giving it back. Avoid the dryer, as heat can flatten the plush and the filling.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
