This chunky red knitted scarf wraps once around your cat or small dog's neck, threads through itself so it stays put, and sits a smiling Santa face right under the chin. It looks great on the family card, at Christmas lunch and in every photo by the tree, and it slips on in seconds with no buckles or clips.
The scarf is a soft rib knit in bright Christmas red. The Santa patch has a shiny satin hat with a white pom-pom, an embroidered face and a fluffy white beard you will want to touch. Pull the end through to make it snugger or looser, and the lower end hangs neatly down the chest like a proper winter scarf.

Will it fit my pet?
The scarf is one size, about 45 cm long. It is made for cats and small dogs such as Chihuahuas, Shih Tzus, Toy Poodles and Cavoodles. Measure around your pet's neck first: it needs to wrap once and still leave enough to pull through, so it is too short for medium and large dogs.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Delivery in New Zealand takes 12 to 20 days in total, so order by early December to have it in time for Christmas Day.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, gently squeeze out the water and dry flat. Do not tumble dry, so the knit keeps its shape and the beard stays fluffy.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
