Description & Specifications
Get your cat or small dog ready for the Christmas photos with a soft, hand crocheted collar that looks like a little festive scarf. It slips on in seconds, sits around the neck like a bib and stays comfortable for Christmas morning, the family lunch and a nap under the tree.
Choose from two styles. Green with White Bell has a chunky forest green collar with a white bobble edge, a red and white striped bow with a gold satin ribbon and a crocheted bell. Red and Green with Gold Bell has a red collar with a scalloped green edge and a white trim along the neck, a striped red and green bow and a shiny gold jingle bell. Both open out flat to put on and fasten with a small wooden button at the back of the neck. They are crocheted from soft yarn, so there are no buckles or hard edges against the neck.

Which size should I choose?
Measure around your pet's neck where a collar would sit. XS fits 15 to 20 cm, S fits 20 to 25 cm, M fits 25 to 30 cm and L fits 30 to 35 cm. Most adult cats are an S or M. If your pet is between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Delivery in New Zealand takes 12 to 20 days in total, so order by early December to have it in time for Christmas Day.
Can my pet wear it all day?
It is made for dressing up, photos and family time. Take it off when your pet is left alone or sleeping in a crate, and keep an eye on pets that like to chew at bells or yarn.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
