Most dogs and cats sleep curled up, nose tucked into a tail, and they settle faster when there is something soft to lean into. This round bed is built for exactly that. A thick, puffy rim runs all the way round, so your pet can press their back against it or rest a chin on the edge, and the dipped centre gives a snug spot to curl into. It suits small and medium dogs, puppies and cats, and looks tidy beside the couch or at the end of your bed.

The whole bed is covered in a soft, short-pile plush that is stitched into ribbed channels, upright around the rim and side to side across the centre cushion, which keeps the filling spread out and gives the bed its ribbed, pumpkin-like look. Underneath, a dark base with small grippy dots helps it stay put on floorboards and tiles. Choose from four colours and four sizes, from a 40 cm kitten or toy dog bed to a 70 cm bed for a cavoodle or spaniel.

Measure your pet curled up asleep and add about 10 cm. As a guide: S 40 cm suits kittens, small cats and puppies up to about 2 kg, M 50 cm most cats and toy dogs up to about 4 kg, L 60 cm larger cats, a chihuahua or a small cavoodle up to about 8 kg, and XL 70 cm a cavoodle, shih tzu or small spaniel up to about 13 kg. If your pet likes to stretch out, go up a size.

This bed is made for cats and small to medium dogs, up to about 13 kg in the 70 cm size. A labrador or larger dog will not fit comfortably, so for bigger breeds choose one of our larger dog beds instead.

Brush or vacuum off loose hair first, then hand wash the bed in cold water with a mild detergent and no bleach. Squeeze out the water gently rather than wringing, let it air dry completely out of strong sun, then plump the ribbed rim back into shape.
