Description & Specifications
A collar that does two jobs at once. It looks the part, with smooth PU leather, contrast stitching and antique brass hardware, and it carries your dog's name and your phone number on a brass nameplate riveted to the front. No dangling tag to lose, no jingling at three in the morning, and if your dog ever wanders, whoever finds them can read your number straight off the collar.
Underneath, a soft padded lining in a contrasting colour sits against the fur so the collar is comfortable for all day wear, even on dogs with short coats or sensitive skin. The buckle and D ring are rust resistant alloy, there is a second small ring for a council tag or a bell, and the strap is stitched rather than glued. Three colours, brown, black and red, each with a contrasting padded lining, so there is one to suit your dog's personality (or yours).

Size Guide
Sized by your dog's weight. If your dog is between sizes, go up a size. Each collar has several holes for adjustment, and you should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck.

The brass nameplate is riveted to the front of the collar and engraved with your dog's name and your phone number. There is no tag to fall off, it does not jingle, and anyone who finds your dog can read it at a glance. Engraving is included in the price.

How does the engraving work?
Type your dog's name and your phone number in the boxes on the product page before you add the collar to your cart. We engrave the nameplate to order and it ships attached to the collar. Please check spelling carefully, as personalised collars can only be returned if faulty.
Which size should I choose?
Sizes are based on your dog's weight: S 4 to 7 kg, M 6.5 to 10 kg and L 10 to 22.5 kg. If your dog sits between two sizes, choose the larger one. The collar has several holes for adjustment and should fit with two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck.
Is it real leather?
No. The outer is PU leather, a synthetic leather that is easy to wipe clean, does not stiffen when it gets wet and is kinder on the budget. The lining is a soft padded fabric, and the buckle, D ring and nameplate are metal.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
