Description & Specifications
Some dogs drink like they are bobbing for apples, leaving puddles around the bowl and a dripping chin across the floor. This bowl has a stainless plate that floats on the water, so your dog drinks from the middle while the curved rim keeps the water inside the bowl.
Every part is 304 stainless steel, including the floating plate, with a silicone ring underneath so it stays put on timber and tiles. It holds 3 litres, enough for a big dog on a warm day, and it comes apart into bowl, rim and plate for washing.

How does the floating plate work?
The plate sits on top of the water and moves down as your dog drinks. Your dog drinks from the centre, and the curved rim holds the water in, so less splashes out.
Will my dog get used to it?
Most dogs work it out in a day or two. Fill it to just below the rim at first so water is easy to reach.
How do I clean it?
Lift off the rim and the plate, then wash all three parts in warm soapy water or the dishwasher.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
