Description & Specifications
Some dogs carry the same toy everywhere: to bed, to the door, out onto the deck in the sun. This little knitted bunny is made to be that toy. It is light enough for a puppy or a small dog to carry by the ears, soft enough to snuggle into, and has a squeaker in its tummy for when cuddle time turns into play time.
The bunny is made from a cosy oatmeal knit with a second, tougher fabric layer stitched inside, so it holds its shape after plenty of carrying and gentle tug. Its big eyes and button nose are embroidered rather than sewn on, so there are no plastic parts to pull off. Long floppy ears with marled brown panels and a matching tummy patch give it a soft, handmade look that sits nicely in a dog bed or toy basket.

What size dog is it for?
The bunny is about 25 cm tall and 9 cm wide, so it suits puppies and small dogs such as cavaliers, cavoodles, Jack Russells and dachshunds. Bigger dogs can enjoy it as a gentle cuddle toy, but it is small enough that a large dog should only play with it under supervision.
Is it suitable for strong chewers?
No. It is a soft knitted toy made for carrying, cuddling and gentle tug. The inner fabric layer helps it last, but dogs that shred toys will still get through it. Supervise play, and take it away once the seams or fabric start to tear so your dog does not swallow filling or the squeaker.
How do I wash it?
Pop it in a laundry bag and machine wash on a gentle cycle in cool water, then let it air dry fully before giving it back. Squeeze out extra water gently rather than wringing it, so the squeaker and stitching stay in good shape.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
