Description & Specifications
Most dogs and cats sleep curled up, nose tucked against something soft. This round bed is made for exactly that. A deep, plump rim runs all the way around, so your pet can lean into it, rest their chin on the edge and sink into the soft middle. On a cold floor in winter it keeps them up off the boards and wrapped in warm fur.
The whole bed is covered in long, shaggy faux fur, with soft fibre filling in the rim and the base cushion. Underneath, a non-slip, water-resistant base stops it skidding on floorboards and tiles. When it needs a freshen up, the whole bed goes in the washing machine on a cold wash. It comes in six sizes, from a 40 cm cat and toy dog bed up to a 90 cm bed for big dogs, and five colours to suit your lounge.

Which size should I choose?
Measure your pet curled up asleep and pick the size whose inner diameter is a little bigger. As a guide: XS 40 cm suits cats and toy dogs up to 2 kg, S 50 cm up to 5 kg, M 60 cm up to 10 kg, L 70 cm up to 17 kg, XL 80 cm up to 25 kg and XXL 90 cm up to 30 kg. If your pet likes to stretch out or is between sizes, go one size up.
How do I wash it?
Put the whole bed in the washing machine on a cold wash on its own, with no bleach, then tumble dry on low or air dry. Give the fur a shake or a gentle brush once it is dry and it will fluff back up.
Why does my bed look flat when it arrives?
It is vacuum packed so it travels well. Take it out of the bag, give it a good shake and press out the rim, then leave it for a day or two. It will puff back up to its full shape.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
