Description & Specifications
Most dogs sleep curled up with their head propped on something, and this bed is built for exactly that. Padded bolsters run around all four sides, so there is always a wall to lean a back against or rest a chin on, and the front dips lower so puppies, small dogs and older pets can step straight in. Cats love it too.
The cover is a dense, linen-look woven fabric in dark grey that feels smooth, looks tidy in a lounge and lets pet hair brush off more easily than fluffy beds. Inside, a thick cushion base filled with soft polyester fibre keeps them up off cold floorboards and tiles, and the non-slip underside stops the bed sliding about when they jump in. The cover zips off for washing.

Which size should I choose?
Measure your dog curled up asleep, then pick a size whose inside is a little bigger. The sizes are outside measurements and the bolsters take up some room. As a rough guide: S 55 cm suits cats and toy breeds up to about 5 kg, M 60 cm small dogs up to about 8 kg such as a shih tzu or toy poodle, and L 85 cm small to medium dogs up to about 15 kg such as a schnauzer, cavalier or beagle. If your dog likes to stretch out, go up a size.
How do I wash it?
Vacuum or brush off loose hair first, then unzip the cover and wash it on a gentle cold cycle or by hand, with no bleach. Air dry it fully, out of strong sun, before putting it back on the cushion.
Is it suitable for cats?
Yes. Cats like the high sides for curling up against, and the S and M sizes suit cats of every size. The smooth woven fabric is also less inviting to claws than a fluffy bed.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
