Description & Specifications
Indoor cats love a job to do. Drop a few treats or a handful of dry food into this wooden maze and your cat has to hook them out with a paw, through round holes on the top and along the long slots that run to the edges.
The box is made of light natural wood with smooth edges and a mix of hole sizes, so small and big paws both get a turn. It sits flat on the floor and is easy to refill whenever your cat needs something to do.

What can I put inside?
Small dry treats or dry food. Avoid wet food, which is hard to clean out of the wood.
Is it hard for my cat?
Start with treats near the big holes. Most cats work it out in a few minutes and then keep coming back for more.
How do I clean it?
Tip out crumbs and wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not soak the wood.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
