Description & Specifications
Bowls on the floor mean a lot of bending down at every meal, and the food tends to end up pushed into the corner. This stand lifts two bowls 12 cm off the floor and tips them 15 degrees toward your cat, so food and water are easier to reach.
The top is natural bamboo on slim black metal legs, and the two stainless steel bowls lift out for washing. Use one for food and one for water.

We take Bella our golden retriever to the beach most weekends and the back seat used to be full of sand and wet fur. Now it all stays on the cover. I just unclip it, shake it out on the driveway and clip it back in which takes about two minutes. It fits in our cars back seat well and the side flaps stop her muddy paws from getting the side of the seats dirty on the way in. It took a couple of goes to get the anchors tucked in properly the first time

What size pets is it for?
Cats of all sizes and small dogs. The top is 33 x 14.7 cm and sits 12 cm high.
Can the bowls go in the dishwasher?
The stainless steel bowls lift out and can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. Keep the bamboo stand out of the dishwasher.
Does it need putting together?
It may arrive with the legs to attach. It takes a minute and no special tools.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
