Description & Specifications
Small dogs get tired on long walks, and some places are easier with your pet close by. This sling goes across your body like a soft bag, so your dog or cat rides at your hip with their head out while your hands stay free for a coffee, a lead or your phone.
The wide 12 cm strap spreads the weight across your shoulder, and the deep pouch has a plaid lining you can turn out for a different look. There is a front pocket for keys or treats and an inner clip to attach to your pet's harness. When you are done it folds flat into a bag.

What size pet does it fit?
Small dogs and cats up to 7.5 kg, such as a Shih Tzu, Maltese, Chihuahua, toy poodle or a cat. The pouch is 65 cm across and 30 cm deep.
Is it adjustable?
The strap is 75 cm long. Check it suits your height by measuring from one shoulder, across your body, to the opposite hip.
How do I keep my pet from jumping out?
Clip the inner clip to your pet's harness and keep a hand under the pouch when you lean forward or bend down.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
