Description & Specifications
Indoor cats need a good chase every day, and a wand is the easiest way to give them one. This set has two telescopic wands that stretch from 37.5 cm to 100 cm, so you can flick a feather across the room from the couch or keep your hands well away from excited claws.
Each wand has a string with a clip on the end, and there are 10 refills to swap on: colourful feather bunches and fuzzy worms, each with a little bell. When your cat gets bored of one, or chews it, clip on the next.

What is in the set?

Can I leave it out for my cat?
No. Put the wands away after play. Strings, feathers and bells are for supervised play only.
How do I change a refill?
Open the clip at the end of the string, slide off the old refill, hook on a new one and close the clip.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
