Description & Specifications
Muddy walk, sandy beach, wet lawn. Before your dog runs through the house, give each paw a quick wash at the door. Add a little water to the cup, slip the paw in, twist the cup a few times and the soft silicone bristles loosen mud and sand from between the toes and pads. Pat dry with a towel and you are done.
The bristles are soft and flexible, so most dogs accept it after a couple of goes. The bristle insert lifts out for rinsing, and the cup tips out and dries quickly. It is light enough to keep by the back door or in the car for after the beach.

How to choose: measure across your dog's front paw at its widest point. Pick the size whose opening is at least 1 cm wider than the paw. Material: PP plastic cup with a soft TPR bristle insert. Rinse and air dry after use.

Which size do I need?
Measure across your dog's front paw at its widest point and choose a size whose opening is at least 1 cm wider: S has a 5.5 cm opening, M 6.3 cm and L 7.3 cm. If your dog is between sizes, go up a size.
Will my dog tolerate it?
The bristles are soft and flexible, so most dogs settle after a few goes. Start with lukewarm water, keep it short and reward them afterwards.
How do I clean the cup?
Tip out the water, lift out the bristle insert, rinse both under the tap and leave them to air dry.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
