Description & Specifications
Most cats have a favourite spot, usually behind the ears, under the chin or along the cheeks, and they will push into your hand for as long as you keep scratching. This small handheld massager does that job for you. Four soft silicone heads turn slowly against the fur in a gentle circular motion, so your cat gets the scratch they love while you sit back on the couch with them.
Press the single button on top to start, then tap it to move between slow, fast and alternating speeds. The rounded body sits in the palm of your hand, the heads are soft and rounded so they do not pull fur, and the whole thing switches off on its own after 15 minutes. It charges by USB and lasts more than a week of short daily sessions. The body is waterproof, so you can rinse the heads under the tap when they get furry. Dogs enjoy it too, and it works on people as a head and scalp massager.

Will my cat like it?
Most cats that enjoy head and chin scratches lean straight into it. Some need a few days to get used to the sound. Let them sniff it first, start on the slow setting for a minute or two, and let your cat walk away whenever they want. Never hold a pet still to use it.
Can I use it on my dog?
Yes. Use it on the head, neck, chest and back of small and medium dogs. On thick or long coats the heads work best on the slow setting, moving slowly with the direction of the fur.
How do I clean and charge it?
The body is waterproof, so pick the fur off the heads and rinse them under the tap, then dry it fully before charging. Charge with the USB cable included, about 2.5 hours for a full charge. It switches off on its own after 15 minutes.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
