Description & Specifications
Small dogs ride better when they have one spot of their own. This padded car seat sits on the back seat or front passenger seat, loops around the headrest and gives your dog a soft, walled nest, so they are not sliding across the seat or climbing into your lap at every corner. The raised walls let them rest their chin on the rim and watch the road go by.
The faux leather wipes clean and lets fur, sand and muddy paws brush straight off, and the thick padded walls hold their shape on the road. A short tether inside clips to your dog's harness. When you arrive, carry it by the two handles or the shoulder strap, and at home unzip the front so it folds down into a longer bed for stretching out. A side pocket keeps treats and poo bags handy.

What size dog does it suit?
It measures 55 x 50 x 45 cm and suits small dogs and cats up to about 10 kg, such as dachshunds, cavoodles, shih tzus, Jack Russells and most cats. If your dog curls up comfortably in a 50 cm round bed, this seat will suit them.
How does it fit in my car?
Set it on the back seat or front passenger seat and fasten the adjustable strap around the headrest, then clip the inner tether to your dog's harness. We recommend the back seat where you can, and checking your car's airbag guidance if you use the front.
How do I clean it?
Brush off fur and sand, then wipe the faux leather with a damp cloth and let it air dry. It arrives vacuum packed, so leave it out for a day after unpacking and it will puff back up to full size.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
