Description & Specifications
Long fur between the toes and over the paw pads picks up mud, sand and burrs on every walk, and it can make dogs slip on wooden floors and tiles. This small cordless trimmer takes care of it at home in a few minutes, so you can keep paws tidy between grooming visits instead of booking a full groom for one small job.
The narrow head and 18 mm stainless steel blade reach between toes and around the pads, and a small LED light under the blade shows you exactly where you are trimming. The same slim trimmer tidies the fur around the eyes, face, ears and bottom. The motor runs at about 35 dB, quiet enough for most nervous dogs and cats, and the waterproof body rinses clean under the tap. A small display shows when it is running, charging or fully charged.

Trim only the fur that sits past the paw pads and keep the blade flat against the pad. It is a detail trimmer, not a full body clipper, so it is not meant for thick mats. Dry it fully before charging.

Can I use it for a full groom?
No. It is a detail trimmer for small areas: paw pads, between the toes, around the eyes and face, ears and bottom. For clipping the whole coat you need a full size body clipper. Many owners use this one to keep paws and face tidy between grooming visits.
My dog hates having their paws touched. Will it work?
It is about as quiet as a whisper, which helps a lot. Let your dog see and hear it running first, then start with one paw and short sessions, with a treat after each one. Only trim the fur that sits past the pads, and stop if your dog gets stressed. If there is redness, a wound or a tight mat, see your vet or groomer.
Does it work on cats?
Yes. The small head suits cat paws and the fur around the bottom of long haired cats. Go slowly, keep the blade flat against the skin and keep sessions short.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
