Description & Specifications
Most scratchers just sit there, and plenty of cats lose interest after a week. This one is a scratcher and a toy in one: a strip of pleated cardboard that opens out like an accordion, with a ball that rolls around inside for your cat to chase, hook and bat.
Pull it open and bend it round into a ring, with the ball in the middle, or lay it on its side as an open channel the ball can roll along. Change the shape now and then and it feels like a new toy. The fine corrugated pleats give claws something satisfying to rake, and when play is over it folds back into a block about the size of your hand.

How big is it?
Opened into a ring it is about 25 cm across and 10 cm high. Folded closed it is 11 x 10 x 6 cm. It is a toy, not a bed.

How long does the cardboard last?
It depends on how hard your cat scratches. Cardboard wears down with use, which is normal. Keep it dry so the pleats hold their shape.
How long until my order arrives?

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
