Description & Specifications
Wet lawns, muddy walks and sandy beach days all end up on the floor the moment your dog comes inside. This mat sits just inside the door and catches it first. Its thick chenille noodles soak up water and hold on to mud as your dog walks across, so less of it reaches your floorboards and carpet.
The pile is about 2 cm deep, and the backing grips hard floors so the mat stays where you put it. When it is dirty, shake it out or put it in the washing machine. Choose grey or beige.

Is it waterproof?
No. It is absorbent: the chenille soaks up water from wet paws. For very wet days, give it a shake outside and let it dry between uses.
How do I wash it?
Shake out loose dirt, then machine wash cold and hang it to dry. Skip the tumble dryer to protect the backing.
Will it slide on floorboards?
The backing is non-slip and grips hard floors such as timber, tiles and vinyl.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
