Description & Specifications
Cats love a box or a basket to curl into, and this one looks good in the lounge too. A round, open shape with a raised edge gives your cat a nest to sleep in, right where the family is.
It is handwoven from soft cotton rope in tan and cream, with two cat ear handles on the rim and a rope ball on a cord to bat at. Light enough to move to the sunny spot of the day.

Which size should I get?
40 cm suits cats up to about 3.5 kg; 46 cm suits cats up to about 7.5 kg or cats that like to stretch out.
Does it come with a cushion?
No, it is the rope basket only. Add a small blanket or cushion if you like.
Can dogs use it?
It suits cats and very small dogs that fit the size guide.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
