The enclosed dome shape with a single entrance and thick padded lining traps and holds your cat's own body heat, so there is no heating pad needed, and the plush interior insulates them from cold floors. It shuts out draughts, light and household noise too, which helps anxious cats, kittens and older cats settle into a deep, undisturbed sleep. A round entrance edged in long fluffy faux fur invites them in, and two little cat ears on top make it as sweet to look at as it is to nap in.
\nThe structured shell holds its dome shape rather than collapsing, and inside a removable cushion sits on a padded base for a soft, warm floor. The cushion is machine washable on a gentle cycle. The whole bed is light enough to carry in one hand, so it can move from the lounge to the bedroom to wherever the afternoon sun lands. In soft light grey it suits any room, and it is a natural fit for cats who like to curl up in boxes, under blankets or behind the sofa.

What size cat does it suit?
The Large is approximately 36 x 36 x 36 cm and suits kittens through to average adult cats up to around 5.5 kg (12 lb). Cats prefer a snug space, so a slightly cosy fit is normal. If you have a large breed such as a Maine Coon or Ragdoll, please check the measurements before ordering.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Lift out the inner cushion and machine wash it on a gentle cycle, then air dry. The outer shell should be spot cleaned only; machine washing it can affect the dome shape.
Will my cat use an enclosed bed?
Most cats take to enclosed beds quickly because they feel safe and warm. To help, place the bed somewhere quiet that your cat already likes, add a blanket or item of clothing that smells like home, and let them explore it in their own time rather than putting them inside.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 22 business days all up: 1 to 3 days for us to process your order, 8 to 15 days in international transit, then 1 to 6 days with a New Zealand courier depending on whether you're metro or rural. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
