Fetch Games, made from thick, durable rubber that bounces far higher than a standard tennis ball, on land or in the water. This twin pack gives you two Medium balls, so there is always a spare in the bag, the car or the pocket of your walking jacket.
A textured surface and solid rubber core stand up to rough play while staying soft on your dog's mouth, and the lightweight, buoyant design means it floats, so a throw into the surf, river or lake is never a lost ball. The bright orange and blue colourway is easy to spot in long grass and on the water, and the Medium ball is compatible with Chuckit! ball launchers for longer throws with less effort and no slobbery hands. Rinse under the tap after a muddy session and it is ready to go again.

Medium: approx. 6.3 cm diameter, ideal for adult dogs from 9 to 27 kg such as Border Collies, Spaniels, Staffies, Kelpies and Labradors.

Which dogs is the Medium size suited to?
Medium is approximately 6.3 cm in diameter and is ideal for adult dogs weighing 9 to 27 kg, such as Border Collies, Spaniels, Staffies, Kelpies and Labradors. If your dog can fit the whole ball in their mouth, size up. Always supervise play.
Does the Ultra Ball float?
Yes. The Ultra Ball is lightweight and buoyant, which makes it a great choice for the beach, river or lake. Rinse it with fresh water after salt water play to keep the rubber in good condition.
Is it a chew toy?
No. The Ultra Ball is designed for fetch, not for chewing. Its durable rubber handles rough games of fetch, but it should be put away between games and your dog should always be supervised while playing with it.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 22 business days all up: 1 to 3 days for us to process your order, 8 to 15 days in international transit, then 1 to 6 days with a New Zealand courier depending on whether you're metro or rural. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
