Description & Specifications
An open bag of kibble rolled over at the top never stays closed for long, and once the weather warms up it draws ants. This bin keeps dry food tidy in one place, with a lid that closes down and a clear sliding window so you can scoop without lifting the whole lid.
The walls fold down when the bin is empty, so it packs flat into a cupboard or the car for a holiday. It holds about 6 kg of dry dog or cat food and comes with a matching scoop.

How much food does it hold?
About 6 kg of dry kibble. For a 10 to 15 kg bag, fill the bin and keep the rest of the bag sealed to top it up.
How does it fold?
Empty it, take the lid off and press the folding walls down evenly into the rim. Pull them back up to use it again.
How do I clean it?
Wash it by hand in warm soapy water and let it dry fully before refilling.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
