Description & Specifications
Cats love a place to hide, stalk and ambush, and this tunnel gives them all three. It springs open in seconds into a long, crinkly run with a peek hole for surprise attacks and a dangling ball toy to bat at. When play time is over it folds flat into a disc and slides under the couch.
Choose the S tunnel for a long curving run, or the 3 way T tunnel with three entrances, which is great for two cats or for chasing games. The lining crinkles as they move, which most cats find irresistible, and the whole tunnel weighs next to nothing, so it is easy to move from room to room.

Will my cat fit?
The openings are 25 cm across, which suits kittens and most cats up to about 5 kg. Very large cats may find it a squeeze.
How do I fold it away?
Push the ends together and twist gently so the spring rings stack, then fold it into a flat disc. Hold it firmly when you open it again, as it springs out quickly.
Which shape should I choose?
The S tunnel gives a long run for one cat to dash through. The 3 way T tunnel has three entrances, so it is better for two cats or for chasing a toy through it.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
