Most cats lose interest in a toy that just sits there. It works best on hard floors and short rugs and can get stuck in deep shag carpet. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and do not put it in water. Supervise play and put it away once the shell is chewed or damaged.

How long does it run on a charge?
The built-in battery gives roughly a few hours of rolling time, and the ball runs in 5 minute bursts so one charge usually covers several play sessions. Charge it fully before first use. The light is blue while charging and turns green when it is full, and a flashing red light means it is time to charge again.
Will my cat be scared of it?
Some cats pounce straight away and some like to watch it from a distance for a day or two first. Start in normal mode with you in the room, roll it past your cat rather than at them, and keep sessions short. Once they work out it is prey and not a threat, most cats start chasing it.
Is it suitable for dogs?
No. At 4.3 cm it is small enough for a dog to swallow, and the silicone shell is not made for chewing. It is designed for cats and kittens. Supervise play and put it away if the shell gets chewed or damaged.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
