Description & Specifications
Big dogs often stoop all the way to the floor to eat, and bowls on a bare floor slide around. This stand lifts food and water up to a comfortable height and holds both bowls in place, and the legs adjust as your dog grows.
Set it at one of five heights from 8 to 31 cm. The two stainless steel bowls lift out of the tray for washing, and the legs come off so the stand packs flat when you travel or move house.

What height should I use?
Set it so the top of the bowls sits a little below your dog's chest when they stand. Puppies start on the lowest setting.
Are the bowls dishwasher safe?
The stainless steel bowls lift out and can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. Wipe the stand with a damp cloth.
Will it suit a small dog?
Yes. On the lowest 8 cm setting it works for small dogs and puppies, and you can raise it later.
How long until my order arrives?
Roughly 12 to 20 business days all up: 2 to 3 days for us to process your order, then 10 to 17 days in transit, which covers international shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping on every New Zealand order, with no minimum spend and no rural surcharge.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Follow it on our Order Tracking page. Tracking often sits still for a week or so while your parcel is in international transit. That's normal.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, no restocking fee, provided the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Used pet products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team with your order number. After 24 hours your order has usually gone to our supplier, but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
